Delivery, Printing & Returns
Every March & Butler print is hand-packaged and printed to order, so please allow 2–4 working days for your print to be processed before shipping.
During busier times — like Christmas, market season, or sale weekends — things might take just a touch longer. We promise it’s worth the wait!
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 for reliable, peace-of-mind delivery straight to your door.
At the moment, we’re UK-only while we navigate some of the fun (read: complicated) international shipping rules — but we’re hoping to offer worldwide delivery soon!
Returns
We print every illustration to order which means we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless your item arrives damaged or faulty.
If your print does arrive damaged (big sigh), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos so we can help put things right.
Once your parcel has been delivered safely, we can’t take responsibility for any damage that occurs after delivery, so please handle your artwork with care!
Have a question about your order?
Spotted a typo in your address or ordered the wrong print size? Don’t panic — it happens! Just drop us an email within 24 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to fix it before your print is processed. Once your order’s in progress, we might not be able to make changes, but we’ll always try to help where we can!
